Core drill HSS-Co, cutting depth 30 mm
Design: Cutting depth up to 30 mm, with Weldon shank Ø 19 mm, CBN-ground, right-cutting. Application: For use in magnetic base drills and column drills with MT mount. The core drill only machines a thin material ring. The remaining drill core is ejected by a guide and ejector pin using spring force. The chips are quickly moved up for disposal and the risk of breakage minimised. Even large drilling diameters require relatively low amounts of energy. The core drill machines only a small part of the overall area in comparison to the jobber drill. This results in huge savings in power and time.
